Hi Everyone! I applied my entrepreneur Visa, its extension and the final stage of ILR, through this firm. Dhruti [the head of their immigration team] had represented my [and my family's] case through all the three stages. George was part of the process during my Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension and ILR stage. This review is as candid as it gets so that the reader can make a well considered choice.

I know choosing a law-firm to represent your case can be a nerve wracking exercise. Dhruti & George are brilliant at what they do. However, as an applicant, you are expected to do adequate groundwork on your case, as well. Have a full and detailed grasp on the home office guidance related to your VISA / ILR category. Make sure that you are not drawing the time of the legal team on the mundane.

Time is costly here. Let them work on presenting the application as accurately and as much in detail to the Home Office so that the caseworker going through your case finds it a very succinct read. Within two days from the date my family and I went for our biometrics appointment at Home Office, we received intimation of our ILR application being approved [Although I was quite confident of the outcome, I had factored in around 6 months for the decision to arrive.

More so with CoVID, Brexit etc]. Somewhere in between the process I am glad that I saved myself from falling for questionable firms like Westkin Associates. Such firms and a few others like it are not the ones, if you are looking at a partner [and not some junior associate] to be leading your case. I am glad that I had chosen Dhruti & George. Dhruti has an innate ability to understand broadly where you stand with the application.
