TLDR: Aiden and Fairstep were super throughout. Would highly recommend them, especially Aiden for any first time buyers or purchasers buying a new build property. Fairstep are completely uncontactable via email/telephone/their DigitalMove online platform. I wish I'd gone with a different solicitor but they came recommended from my mortgage broker. Even the mortgage brokerage can't seem to get in contact with them.
