In my child care case the service was exquisite. My solicitor was Ms Ann-Marie Whelan with the help of her assistant Ms Berfin Kaya. Their choice of the barrister to handle my case was very good, the advice I received was a class apart. If you need solicitors to help in your child care matter, I would 100% recommend, but be prepared to take the blunt advice.

As humans we get emotional and always want to hear what we anticipate to hear rather than a few home truths. This is a large company with lots of staff and I must say my experience was excellent.

We can apply for an injunction to protect you, usually without notice being given to the other party. If you call us by 10:00am, we aim to attend court that afternoon to obtain an emergency order.
