My private solicitor was Mr Roger Waters and his Secretary Mrs Alison Diamond, the words could not describe the appreciation into my heart towards them for supporting me to restart my contact with my son after over 10 month of ceases the contact, I still did not contact my daughter but that was not in their hands. Roger and Alison represented me with the best professional way and they care about me all the time. The cost fees were competitive when you compare them with others very experienced family solicitors, you will find Quality solicitors Hariss Waters are more experienced and professional and their fees price are agreeably, Mr Roger recommend the barrister who capable to achieve the target in the hearing

I was booked a 30 minute Legal Telephone Session with Nathalie through a charity I was working with at the time. After that first conversation, I was reassured about my position in court and Nathalie took on my case urgently before my first hearing. Quality Solicitors is the biggest misnomer that can be used to describe this company. They are probably the most useless firm of solicitors that have ever existed. We purchased a property and used them for conveyancing services. Their servers were penetrated by hackers and as a result we lost 320 000. The funds have subsequently been recovered from the perpetrators with absolutely no assistance or cooperation from Harris Waters. Rogers Waters proved to be a graceless and unprofessional individual.

He was uncooperative despite being provided with proof that his system had been hacked. This company are a disgrace and I would stay as far away as possible from them. There are a million law firms I would go to before Harris Waters

In my case the only time I turn to a solictor is when times are bad and I need assistance. I was very lucky as I had followed up a recommendation for Laurence by a complete stranger on the local Redbridge Facebook page. He spoke very highly of his honesty and legal knowledge and I am happy to say it was all true. He is a patient, learned, straight talking man with honesty and integrity.

We have been trying to complete a purchase of a property from this firm as the acting agent for the seller-Richard Cohen. It is a straightforward purchase with finance in place. After 9 weeks there is still no progress and any responses are all one line answers. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Harris Waters are definitely not quality solicitors! As we know the seller we have advised him to use alternative solicitors.

The case is still pending and his recommended completion date for the contract is 21st December 2018 when everything winds down for Xmas. We will keep you posted. Merry Xmas to you as my Xmas has been ruined due to ongoing expenses.

I have used this company twice. Very professional and efficient service. Everything was explained in a way that is easy to understand. They stuck to the fixed fee that i was quoted. If i require assistance from a solicitor in future i will definitely return to Laurence and his team.
