In 1997 Luther and Rupert Rohan formed Rohan & Co. Solicitors in Haywards Heath. By this time Luther already enjoyed a reputation as one of the area's leading solicitors built up from over forty years of local service; like his son Rupert, he had gained his early experience working in London. In late 2018 the Firm relocated to Aberdeen House which provides a prime location within the heart of the town and is within easy commute of Haywards Heath railway station.By a poignant twist of fate Rupert's father was one of the original occupiers of Aberdeen House after it was built and worked in the same office Rupert now occupies.
