If you're looking to find a professional, reasonably priced, genuine, efficient and helpful solicitors firm, look no further. I stumbled across this firm amongst calling many others, whilst I was obtaining quotes from various places to staircase my property. I find this sort of thing a headache and stressful. I spoke to Pam (Head of Conveyancing) who spent over half an hour to explain the processes of what I needed to do etc, putting me at ease, bearing in mind I wasn't their customer or hadn't signed any paperwork to say I was going with them.

This sort of service really goes a long way. From here, i immediately decided I'd go with them. The whole process and transaction has been smooth from start to finish, and actually only took six weeks! Communication was excellent and I was always informed of any updates etc. Not only has this been a good customer experience, I really do value transparency/genuineness and authenticity in people and businesses, which is hard to come by these days. Pam has been outstanding, and I have even recommended a family member to staircase their property with Pam. I'm not one to write reviews but everything has been exceptional. We chose WMK for our wills and Isabel and her staff were fantastic. She helped us think about important options, didn't rush us on any decisions, and helped us add additional letters and statements we wouldn't have otherwise thought of. Isabel was highly professional and responsive, and her secretaries were polite and helpful. We couldn't find anyone to witness our wills at home, so the WMK staff kindly did this for us in their car park - coming out to our car so we didn't have to bring our little one out in the cold, which was appreciated. We'd use them again.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are advising on completion of my mums LPA, will and joint property purchase. Russell has been very helpful and has listened to my mums rambling stories with patience.

Outside of my mortgage I had never used a solicitor before and that correspondence was impersonal and by email only. So i was nervous about finding and using a solicitor. I needed a solicitor to get a deed done within what I though would have been an almost impossible time constraint before Covid19. I found WM&K after a local search, called them and asked if it was at all possible to get what i needed done during the lockdown (myself convinced it was impossible) They immediately alleviated my nervousness about using a solicitor due to their professionalism and courtesy while talking to them.

They were also candid and said it may not be possible but would get back to me. To my joy and more importantly my family's future security they said it could be done. Their correspondence was superb throughout the whole process and the cost was under what I had expected, especially due to the speed needed to get it done. Also there were no hidden costs once receiving the bill and it matched their estimate. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using Woolsey Morris & Kennedy Solicitors again.

One of the most expensive companies ever! AVOID at all costs. It is important to get good service when paying premium prices. This company neither gave good service or good price. We were over charged every step of the way and their due diligence was terrible. What ever you do go find a decent solicitor elsewhere that does not tear you a new backside without even smiling at you when they do it.

We were recommended this firm by another solicitor(that could not handle our case) due to the poor service we had received elsewhere. I would consider WKM to be absolutely outstanding with all aspects of their service. They resolved a case swiftly with complete focus on what had to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend WKM more highly both litigation and probate. Highly Recommended.

Not courteous enough to call back at all, even though they say they will. Even one of the partner's secrataries failed to return a promised call for an appointment I'd been asked to make despite me ringing twice. I've just wasted a whole week on them and am no further forward. The bottom line is they just don't care for private individuals and it really shows. I'll be going elsewhere and thinking I dodged a bullet.
