The process of buying our first home was all done quickly and very professionally. I had a slight issue over getting a response due to an issue within the flat on the day we received the keys. Upon mentioning this afterwards I was contacted by Angela who explained and apologised for the breakdown of communication, I appreciate mistakes happen. Oh heck, if only every real estate solicitors worked as well as MOV8 life would be so much simpler, so much quicker and with no wasted time or effort. Seriously can't recommend these guys enough; professional, efficient, polite and very friendly. Very definitely on your side. Mov8 have to be the best estate agents/solicitors out there. They make the whole process of buying and selling so easy and hassle free.There fees are a massive bonus as Mov8 do not charge over the top. We recently used Mov8 estate agency to sell our house. We also used their conveyancing department for buying and selling. I cant praise Mov8 enough. From our initial contact with them right through to moving house they were excellent. Communication was always very clear and regular and their advice was first class. Special mention to Ross Sneddon who was our first contact with the company. Also Katie Carruthers in the estate agency who was also great to deal with. Both were a credit to the company. At first, I really wanted to have one point of contact, the whole way through, BUT I was wrong, I flowed through their system processes and procedures smoothly and in the end willingly as I could see it worked! MOV8 were recommended by my estate agent, brilliant from start to finish. I work away from home and was kept up to date by regular emails and phone calls.
Any questions were replied to promptly and they were in regular contact with the buyers solicitor to ensure that everything was progressing.

Katie Carruthers from Edinburgh MOV8 has been a great support, constantly keeping me updated with every step of the property selling journey. She has been very honest about various circumstances through the selling journey, it has been refreshing to have someone like Katie keep you constantly updated no matter how silly you think your question is. Great communication and she responds with care and professionalism. I had seen mixed reviews prior to going with MOV8 about making sure you know who is your point of contact, but I didnt have any issues whatsoever, when Katie had a day off someone else would reply and they knew exactly what was happening. Would go with MOV8 again any day they really do everything they can to help you.

Overall a very good experience selling my property through Mov8. All staff were really friendly and efficient and all seemed really competent in their tasks. Particularly Maeve as our Solicitor and Katie closing our sale and helping us make the right decision. My only complaint was that I was allocated a Sales negotiator who was on holidays for the first 10 days of the sale, and as it sold after 12 days - (I wanted a quick sale), I thought that was a bit of a bad allocation, which I did raise. Having said that, all staff that covered were great.
