The firm of Wilkins has been established in Aylesbury for over 100 years, and is now one of the four main solicitors' practices in the town. Had these people deal with a very serious matter and I've never in my life seen more unprofessional people in all my life wouldn't reply to emails phone calls when I went to the office was treated like a kid they wouldn't speak to me so after 7 months of this I eventually ended going to a different place and they sorted it within 6 weeks please people do not use them totally unprofessional

My experience is of Elizabeth Feeney. We have documented evidence of them adding MONTHS of delay to proceedings by refusing to answer emails, phonecalls and letters. They seem to have an endless series of unfortunate family events that require trips around the globe. We sent them a letter in the first week of December, their reply was dated 13th February. They could have be awaiting instruction, but simply hid from chasers. They are unprofessional.

My mother wanted some clarification on an issue Wilkins dealt with a few years back. After someone finally calling her back after three phone calls chasing them we found them condescending, rude and unhelpful. Would never use again!
