I decided to use R J Hutcheon after seeing the reviews on Google. After speaking to someone about the complex claim that I was wanting to put in, these guys seemed perfect.
I'm not going to lie and say that the process was plain sailing, because it wasn't. There were times that I personally felt there could have been more communication, but as I previously said, the claim was very complex.
I also didn't receive the full amount that I felt I deserved however Martin fought tooth and nail to get me near enough what I wanted and I was happy with the end result.
Four years the process to took and by the end of it, I think Martin became a member of the family as he knew so much about us in the end. Would I use them again regardless of how frustrating MY claim was? Yes because they were professional, sympathetic, full of professional advice and listened to me regarding my concerns throughout. I instructed Hutcheon Law Solicitors in connection with a professional negligence claim against a firm of solicitors who failed to run my case properly. It was so badly run with numerous delays and incompetence the Court struck it out!!
