Tolhurst Fisher is a great company to do business with! I recently used Dan's services and it was the most efficient service I have ever used. Being a young person purchasing a property it can be very confusing and daunting but Dan assured us through every step of the way. There were many delays through the other parties solicitor and Dan was constantly checking and ensuring everything was going as quick as it can. A special thank you to Sally, his secretary as well for getting everything ready for completion!

We've just finished the process of buying and selling property, Tolhurst fisher had been recommended to us and I'm so glad we used them. We had a few issues arise which meant they had to liaise with other solicitors, Maxine Barrett was knowledgeable and helpful which really put our minds at ease. I am so glad I used the services of Dan Fielding-Smith to carry out the conveyancing for the purchase of our first house. Both Dan and his secretary provided an excellent service, friendly and always responsive with quick replies to all my queries. The sale was long and bumpy at times, through no fault of Tolhurst Fisher, but I am grateful for the service they provided during these bumps in the road, chasing the other parties and reassuring me and keeping things moving forward as well.
