Very poor service from Darton Law, and very rude staff! I called this morning to request services for verified documents and informed Darton Law accordingly that there was a covering letter from our solicitor that needed to be completed, we were informed that was a service offered and asked to call back 30 minutes before we wished to attend their offices, when calling back we were then informed that they would not complete the form as discussed earlier in the day, the lady on the telephone was very rude and belittling and due to incorrect information they have wasted half of our day when we have an urgent matter that needs tending to. If you cant trust this company with a simple task such as verified documents they you surely cannot trust them with any legal issues of a more serious matter.

My experience was absolutely horrible, not only was darton law getting legal aid they also charged me to, , 1,, they brought in a barrister that THEY wanted NOT wat i wanted and he was absolutely useless, they tokk on my case wen they had no knowledge of the basics of my case, they did not listen to instructions and asked crucial questions. AFTER my trial. i would not reccomend them at all, , they have no idea on mental health and are money orinated i owe a few grand, thst i had no chamce of disputing as the hearing was in LIVERPOOL i live in slough area, there demands for money os nothing short of bullying and harrasment, they are now threatening me wit taking my scrap car that will just add to the exsistomg debt, , all this firm is are bullys and money hungry, , highly NOT RECCOMENDED, , THEY CHARGE YOJ FOR THINGS THAT WAS A "BARRISTER NOTES" YES, , IM SERIOUS!

As first time buyers, we had our Conveyancing done with Darton Law and I couldn't have wished for a better service. We were completely clueless about the process but Anne, James and Darren kept us informed throughout, and took all the stress out of the experience. Many people told me how the "legal" part of house buying was the worst bit, however I couldn't disagree more, everything went through seamlessly and we exchanged and completed exactly when we wanted to. Thanks to everyone in the team! Will definitely use Darton again in the future.
