Completely unhelpful. I spoke to a nice lady on the phone who said it was 10 to sign a deed poll by a solicitor provided i prepare the document. I prepared the document according to gov.uk but the lady who saw me said she isn't familiar with the document and basically she didn't want to help only to get rid of me. Even after I showed her the government website with the details she said no. She didn't even try to research anything she literally just didn't want to deal with me.
When I said that's very disappointing she didn't even say sorry or anything she said ok and went back to her office. Absolutely terrible. If I had known that, I wouldn't have bothered printing the documents with today's date.

Sinclair's have been solicitors since 2015.
