Truly excellent service. I could not have been more impressed with the service I received from Sibel at Stapletons. During what was at times an unusual and challenging transaction, Sibel demonstrated a huge degree of competence and composure, always ensuring that I was very promptly informed of any progress and being extremely responsive to any questions I had, which was hugely appreciated during what was an unprecedented period of activity in the market. Sibel was always extremely personable and good natured throughout and was unflappable in dealing with any of the more frustrating elements of the deal. Sibel also showed great skill and judgment in helping to successfully negotiate certain aspects of the deal and was very astute in interpreting my priorities.
The transaction could have been a lot more stressful were it not for the calmness and reassuring manner of Sibel's advice and the strong sense of trust and conviction that she very quickly instilled in me.
