I had a very positive experience working with Theo Papadopoulos on a conveyancing matter. Theo offered outstanding and practical advice throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend him, as well as the Stennett & Stennett team overall.

Theo has been fantastic throughout the process of selling our late Mothers flat.
It was not an easy transaction with a short lease and being sold under probate.
He has been easy to deal with and very professional at all times. Always responding to emails or phone calls promptly.
Michael has also been great getting the probate sorted in a thoroughly professional manor.

I have given only 1 star as there no option to give no stars, this agent is unprofessional and lack transparency. After placing an offer and an open and honest supporting letter on a probate property I was told it was sold for way over the offer we had given, just to find out on zoopla it was 5k off the offer we made. A chance we may never get again as we wanted to be near our family in their final days. Clearly no care, consideration or client relationship just the cash or whatever really went on here.

We would like to thank Stennet & Stennett particularly Michael Stennett and Legal assistant Rebecca for pulling out all the stops in a very sad and difficult situation for our relative who was diagnosed with Terminal Cancer with weeks to live. They provided a Legal service second to none and provided wills and a LPA allowing our relative peace of mind in her final weeks.we would not hesitate to use them again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Following our experience we would advise anyone contemplating using Stennett & Stennett solicitors, not to do so, as we have found them to be utterly incompetent, unprofessional and on occasion dismissive and rude.

Unfortunately, there isn't much to commend this firm. I had the misfortune to engage this firm to handle a probate issue. I hope by writing this review, I can spare you the same misery. In the end I had no alternative but to take my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman and was awarded significant compensation. I note that one of the 5 star reviews here has been penned by a former employee who "worked" on my case.

That should tell you all you need to know. Questionable Integrity. If you're looking for good advice and a firm to work in your best interest, I can't recommend. My advice is that you look elsewhere. In response to the owner's comment on my review, I would like to dispel his belief that I am an internet troll.

I was, indeed, a genuine client and my review is based on my experience and written in the interest of protecting others from the very poor service I received. I note the 5 star review written by the former employee has now been removed. I would also like the owner to ask himself why he believes his firm should be attracting trolls? What does that tell you? Mr Stennett should accept the reviews and work to improve the firm's service. We can't all be wrong.

Michael Stennett worked with us to create both Power of Attorney and Will Statements for my parents. He was patient with all the questions raised, and answered with relevant examples which we could relate to. It was an enjoyable experience, considering the rather morbid topic of discussion. We would recommend Stennett & Stennett to other families considering end of life legal documents.

Incompetent, unprofessional and generally lack the ability to provide even an average service as we have to chase the solicitor which is either working 'remotely' or unavailable to speak. A firm that does not even have a single solicitor present at one time (is this even legally allowed), therefore leaving customers to deal with receptionist and legal assistants who have no experience in the matter and then have to run back to the solicitor to answer our questions. Additionally, the impotence continues as upon finalising matters they provide incorrect final statements which leads them having to stumble to ask for more money.

Shock that with The amount of bad reviews being left, people are still trusting their transactions with them. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR TRANSACTION. A firm that has no solicitor present!

I recently visited Stennett & Stennett Solicitors in order to complete my will. The documentation that I received when made my appointment was clear and enabled me to prepare for my meeting. The meeting was relaxed, informative and less than one hour. Michael made sensible and necessary amendments and I returned within two weeks to sign the official paper work. I am confident that my affairs are now in order, and it was great to finally get it off my to-do list!

Buying a house should have been one of the more stressful things in life, however due to the commitment and thoroughly professional work carried out by Michael Stennett and his staff the process for me was made much easier. The communication throughout the whole process was fantastic and at all times I was aware of where things were up to. The service I received from Michael and his team couldn't have been better and I would recommend Stennett & Stennett to anybody looking for the services of a professional and dedicated solicitors. The matter was referred to the Legal Ombudsman who found against Stennett and Stennett and made a monetary award against the Solicitor. It would appear that the unbelievable arrogance of the Company does not yet allow them to proffer an apology or pay the compensation awarded within the timetable ordered by the Legal Ombudsman. I will give them a further few days and then refer the matter back to the Ombudsman who I would suspect will then issue Court Proceedings against the Company.

Very professional dealings with Michael Stennett and his staff in relation to the production of my and my wife's wills and associated matters. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone requiring legal advice and assistance.

We have always found Stennett & Stennett very professional, helpful and approachable and would recommend them highly.

From the moment you enter the building you are greeted by a polite and courteous receptionist. I was always seen on time. The solicitor was able to answer all my difficult questions. He was careful to explain all the pros and cons of my decision. I felt at ease and confident by the time our meeting was completed. I will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends.
