We aim to achieve swift and effective solutions for our clients & provide practical, sensible advice using plain English. We work closely with our clients if there is a situation that needs addressing and if at all possible we seek to prevent problems arising in the first place.
We are employment solicitors offering specialist employment law advice or employers based in Central London WC1. We offer a free 30 minute consultation under the Law Society Lawyers for your Business Scheme. We will help you manage employee relations in order to avoid disputes arising and, if they do, work with you to maximise your chances of a positive outcome.

Please note that we share this building with other businesses and you will need to ask for Reculver Solicitors at reception. We are conveniently situated in Holborn, covering Central London, the City of London, the West End, East London. I was on Maternity leave when my employer advised me my job was up for redundancy due to COVID19. I was asked to find an employment lawyer to represent me, I took to my local Facebook group to ask for recommendations. I was told about Reculver Solicitors and was told to ask for James Carmody, so I googled them and gave him a call. I was very nervous and had no idea what I was meant to be asking him but I explained the situation and he calmed me down and completely took the reins.
He advised me of costs and I went back to my employer telling them I had found someone. He was amazing, start to finish, I was and still am in awe of his knowledge. He always made sure I understood all the documents, the next move, possible outcomes and what to expect. I felt confident in everything he told me and was happy to let him do all the work.
He went above and beyond for me even so much as to reply to emails whilst he was on holiday! It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him and I can't recommend him enough, he made a very scary and uncertain situation seem like a walk in the park. I couldn't have been happier with the result either.

Carol was very helpful in our initial discussions and once instructed was clear in what changes she was suggesting, the reasons for them and the risks if they were not accepted.
