Specters managed my claim following a motorway accident. During the time it took to complete my case I have worked with a number of their solicitors and each time I was passed to a new person it felt like I had to start again. Specters helped with a pre-nuptial at the end of last year. Although it was delivered in a short time frame, a myriad of errors were made throughout. To begin with I was provided with a template that had previous client's details on it. I marked up relevant details in the paperwork, but the same mistakes were not corrected. Basic errors such as our genders were consistently mixed up and on one of the documents, a zero was missing leading to paperwork showing 100 000, when it should have been one million.

I flagged my concerns with the solicitor and she assured me the final draft would be double checked by her, but still the errors remained. The error with the missing zero is something I have to rectify now. If I was not is such a rush, I would have gone elsewhere. I won't be recommending or using this firm again.
