Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Useless people only interested in taking your money. They charge for every second of their time and in the end don't solve your problem. They are also very aggressive and immediately start shouting at you for no reason whatsoever.

The most incompetent solicitors I've ever used, they have the highest turnover of staff I've ever seen, presumedly because they get treated so badly by the owners, I would never work with them again because your case would be handed over to at least a dozen different solicitors at a cost to you.

Three months after our initial visit the wills had not been drafted, and their excuse was that one of the secretarial staff had left the firm! Gross mismanagement and inefficiency. I wouldn't bother with them, but hey, you might be luckier.

We used Glazer Delmar to buy a house in a ridiculously tedious process but we had everything done on our side correctly and punctually, if we hadn't used Glazer Delmar it would have been even more frustrating. I found them proactive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable unlike the half-arsed, muppet solicitors our vendor was using.

If poor advice, procrastination and ineffectual communication is what you're after, you can't do much better than this amateur outfit. You would expect a professional firm of solicitors to tune out the whinging of their clients in a bid to at least appear more than a mindless puppet; dutifully stamping its feet on behalf of its clientele. Not so.
