Lying to the women in our grieving family to gain access to estate value, profiting from bankruptcies, debt collecting_this is what goes on here. Unkind and complicit staff. A very frightening experience. LeO asked the SRA investigate as noone could believe what they were seeing. Years of misery that you can't put into words.

Incompetent, arrogant and rude staff. Several emails and voice messages left for Petra Harrowing regarding a simple administration number and she has not replied to any of them. Do not recommend using this company and will be reporting them to the FSA.

Made a full and final agreement on a debt in 2017. Paid as agreed, requested email only contact (in large part due to access/disability reasons). They decided that it was NOT a full and final agreement and kept contacting regularly demanding more information, often inaccessible formats, usually on the phone. Finally offered me a. final? full and final agreement which they refused to put in legal terms and insisted a very casually toned email was adequate for. Will not be at all surprised if I hear from (by phone) again the next time they decide that full and final isn't what it says.

We can only try to warn others and try to save them from all the broken promises and heartache this business caused us over many years

We used to be terrified by all their threats and harrasment but we finally found the strength to fight back and win

however vulnerable and in need a person might be please listen to your intuition when engaging with who is offering to help you

We experienced no kindness here when they made mistakes and they made plenty

There are enough warnings on the internet by brave people to make you question the promises you will be made

Needed some guidance on getting a signature and stamp for a legal document. Was told that they don't normally deal with walk in clients but they would see what they could do. 5 minutes later a solicitor made himself available and signed our documents. Thank you for taking the time to help us.

This company dealt with a lease issue and finally charged seven times their original quote. We paid six times the original quote and refused to pay more due to the unbelievable amount charged in comparison to the original quote. They could not prove the actual amount due to administration errors. Even due to this they took us to court for the small final amount. A terrible company and I highly advise anyone reading this to not go to this company.
