As a niche commercial practice, we have extensive experience in relation to Corporate Insolvency. We provide lenders and other stake holders, companies and directors with advice on how to avoid Corporate Insolvency Proceedings wherever possible. We specialise in all areas of contentious and non contentious insolvency. We regularly act for accountancy firms in their role as business advisers or insolvency practitioners.
We have extensive experience in debt recovery and can advise you as to which is the best course of action you need to take to pursue any claims for unpaid debt. The fee earners that would deal with your matter have a charge out rate of 190-240 per hour. However, the fees incurred in your matter can vary due to the circumstances of your case.
Corporate law is an increasingly complex area which requires specialist expertise on the part of your advisors and professional team. I starting using Angela Brown at SL &Co when I was unhappy with another firm for my recent divorce. Angela was really helpful, spoke to me in a language I understood and was also cost effective. Very pleased I made the move to them mid divorce. I wish I used them from the start! Highly recommended. I then used Ann Lockwood from the same firm to help me sell my house. Again, very helpful and supportive. Everyone I have dealt with there, from those mentioned above to junior team members have all been friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing service, David originally dealt with my case and then a few months later he had to retired due to an operation. A women called Angela was hired to fill he's post. The name Angela derives from the word Angel, I have no words to explain the help and service i got from her, she most definitely fell out of heaven. Professional and helpful throughout my whole case. I didn't see light at the end of the tunnel but after long battle with court I managed to win. My prayers will always be with SL AND CO

I used David Byrne, as my Divorce Solicitor from SL& Co in 2016. It was a lengthy and acrimonious affair that went to a Trial in a Final Court Hearing in Birmingham. I feel comfortable in sharing the outcome, approximately 60/40 against me, however more importantly I kept 100% of my inheritance which in real terms is substantial. David, was recommended to me, as a true master in dealing with conflict and getting good outcomes. He delivered.
