The Team

Linsey was born in Swansea and studied at Cardiff University where she obtained a Joint Honours degree in Law and Sociology, followed by completing her Law Society Finals at Bristol Law School. She specialises in Family Law with a particular specialism in divorce and relationship breakdown, financial settlements and domestic abuse.

The Matrimonial and Relationships department deals both with issues arising out of divorce and the breakdown of relationships as well as those concerning children. When marriages and other relationships break down, there are a number of issues that need to be resolved. Our approach is to be proactive in helping clients through a difficult time.
For Young Persons

If you are a teenager and are pregnant or you are a young father and you need help because Social Services are involved, then we can help you. We can support you in attending meetings and speaking on your behalf and will liaise with social services about the assessment process and plans for your baby.
