She is experienced in legal matters relating to cohabitation; pre and post nuptial agreements; legal arrangements for children; parental responsibility; paternity; injunctions; property ownership disputes and Children Act claims.

Livia joined Gisby Harrison in 2017, undertook her training contract with us, and qualified as a solicitor in 2020. She works with Walter Kramer in our property litigation team undertaking a range of specialist property litigation including property disputes, commercial and residential possession actions, forfeiture proceedings, and service charge/ground rent recoveries.
