Questions
What is Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)?
LPA allows appointed attorneys to make decisions about your finances and health if you lose capacity. We guide you through creating and registering this legal document.
How do I create a valid will?
We help draft wills that meet legal requirements, including appointing executors, distributing assets, and creating trusts. Our process ensures your wishes are clearly documented.
What happens if someone dies without a will?
Intestacy rules determine asset distribution. Our probate team can guide you through the legal process and help administer the estate according to statutory guidelines.
Do I need probate to sell property?
Probate is required when the deceased owned property solely in their name. We assist with obtaining grants of probate and completing property transactions.
How can trusts protect my assets?
Trusts provide controlled asset distribution while offering tax benefits and protection. We advise on appropriate trust structures for your specific circumstances.
What are the benefits of using a solicitor for conveyancing?
We ensure legal compliance, handle property searches, and resolve title issues. Our expertise minimises risks and streamlines the property transaction process.

Left 3 messages via their website link (they recommend potential clients use) and not received a single response. Extremely poor.

Excellent firm. Qlaw assisted with my residential conveyancing matter in an exceptionally efficient manner. They responded to all parties queries prudently. Their fees are competitive and very reasonable given the service. If you need a residential conveyancer use Qlaw. I work in law and understand quality when I see it!

When we first used Quantick Daley, we were first time buyers and we were pretty clueless when it came to dealing with conveyancing, but they were great in helping us understand what was happening and why. The idea of dealing with solicitors felt like a daunting task, but Quantick Daley achieved the right balance of being professional, while being relaxed enough so we felt comfortable dealing with them.
We've since gone back and had both our wills done and they made the whole process really quick and easy. The video meetings have been very welcoming, it's nice to see a face and to be able to quickly and easily speak to someone without having to go and visit them. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Without a doubt, the best Law firm I have ever dealt with. We have used Quantick Daley several times for property transactions, and they are extremely proactive, attentive to our timescales, and brilliant at keeping everybody onboard and focused.

Daley's we're competent solicitors who worked our house purchase. They did their work but were not proactive and did not reply to calls from us or our estate agent throughout the process. We found them to be adequate but if you are looking for solicitors who will support and help you through a purchase we would not recommend.
