HSR acted for me in a criminal case as there were some false allegations made against me and I was looking at a very serious case against me and was bailed after a night in custody. HSR were recommended to me after I had tried to contact another firm, TV EDWARDS. TV Edwards advice was that they couldn't help me until charges were actually brought and they seemed to focus more on how I would be paying for their services rather than offer any advice or information. Ryan at HSR was simply brilliant throughout the entire process.

Literally during the first phone, he reassured me a number of times and offer me a comprehensive overview of the type of case I was facing and the different outcomes. He said that he would immediately contact the police to get further information about my case and kept reassuring me not to worry about things. My case was active for 3 months before being dropped without any charges and throughout the process Ryan was constantly chasing and communicating with the relevant officers.

I called Ryan for updates and advice so many times throughout the 3 months and was just unbelievably supportive and helpful each and every time. I found it incredible that HSR and Ryan never once stressed or made an issue about finances or payment especially after the experience I had with some other local firms. The entire process was extremely stressful for me but having HSR and Ryan there working for me and supporting me made incredible difference and reassured and gave me huge confidence that I had competent and knowledgeable people representing me.

I genuinely cannot thank HSR and Ryan enough for all their work in my case but even more so, I am extremely grateful for the way to spoke and reassured me, the incredibly caring approach and even the aftercare when the case was thankfully over but HSR remained in touch to ensure everything was ok and if I needed anything else. I was accused of a serious offence and as I was innocent HSR listened, and helped me, they made sure that the prosecution service could not get away with the lies that the police have accused me of and the audacity to cut out so much bodyworn footage, which if they got away with my life would have changed for the worst, thanks to HSR my case was dropped after 1 year of constant back and forth court appearances, I needed justice and justice was served.

I was first trolled into using a random solicitor and had no idea how any of the services worked. Until I was recommended to HSR. I went into their office and everything was as smooth as smooth can be. I personally dealt with Jaspal, who kept me updated throughout, he explained everything I needed to know and dumbed it all down for me. I was looking at a crazy sentence, but thanks to the hard work and graft Jaspal and co put in, I managed to escape with just a slap on the wrist.
