Chris and his team couldn't have made the purchase of our Beach house any easier. Questions were answered promptly on possible homes, even video walk throughs when we couldn't get down there to see them. Plus Chris's knowledge of OC and the present inventory was very helpful in directing us to find the right home for us. Once we made the decision Chris's office manager Megan took over and lead us step by step through the process without missing a beat. She is great, closed in a month, and we did the closing in there parking lot, too funny, in less than an hour.
