I wanted to give no stars but had to give one to activate this review. I had an accident last year when a motorcycle drove into the back of me. I have sent countless emails with none being replied to or acknowledged. The on-line portal does not work. 3 attempts have been made with telephone support from New Law who acknowledged that is does not accept data. New Law say they have emailed me but this is untrue.
None to be found in the junk box. A telephone transcript was made over the phone and the agent promised to email me a copy for approval. No email was received. This case should be easy and straightforward. I normally receive 20 to 30 emails per day, so for New Law to say they have emailed me is factually inaccurate to say the least. Utterly disgusted. I am raising the issue with Auxillis and the CEO of Sainsbury's who are my insurer. Peter Grasby

Absolutely shocking customer service. That's if you can get through to the phone line. And when you do, they tell you someone else's case or there's a problem with portal, or there is a problem with medical records then portal again. You can complain they say they will get back to you in 10 working days, which they don't. Every time you ring and if you can get through it's not the right department. Wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. 9months on and still nothing as changed

3 and a half years after my claim was started I am still waiting for resolution. My claim has had a number of handlers so far over the years and it was only after 2 and a half years the handler obtained the police report required to progress the case. Its clear nothing has been done with it until the final handler took the case on almost 3 years in. Granted my recovery took 2 years and I've been left with lasting injury but I cannot excuse claims handlers telling me they still dont have the police reports after 2 years and just this week asking me if I have documents relating to the case/damage reports because THEY cannot find them on thier system. Taking 25% of my claim I really would have expected more.
I never get call backs when I request them and obtaining answers to questions by email is like pulling teeth. I have no idea if or when I am going to finally see resolution for my claim. I feel like I would have had better progress if I did all the work myself which. I will never use this firm again and I strongly advise anyone to avoid. This experience has been truly awful.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had a car accident over 5 months ago where the other driver took full liability there & then. A pretty straight forward case. 5 months later still no further on & have no communication to update you with the progression. Every time you ring up your on hold for over half an hour to just be cut off & when you do get through they say it's a completely different department that is dealing with the case! Avoid at all costs! Worst solicitors ever!

Can't get hold of no one, they don't reply to your phone call nor messages. There is no specific person that deals with your case. No customer services at all, managers are even worse, its beena lost a year and they still not have decided who's fault was in the accident after providing them with a dash camera video. I would not recommend this company to no one. PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.
