John Hill has been excellent to deal with facilitating the purchase of our new home. He was very responsive over email and answered all my questions, even despite my many emails and excessive nagging. He was also very thorough in ensuring that we as clients were well looked after in the whole process and received everything in good order from the sellers solicitor before exchange. I've heard many horror stories about bad solicitors that don't show their clients any level of professionalism or care, and we are very thankful that John was not one of those! We would highly recommend him as a solicitor of choice to anyone in need.

Highly recommended. Great advice, thoroughly professional. They are a little more expensive than some alternatives but you really do get what you pay for. Definitely worth the difference (I've made the mistake of letting price lead me before and if you make that mistake once you never do it again!).

Overall I think the solicitors did a good job - I managed to buy the property in the end. However I think they should improve on keep me / the client updated on the progress. I had to ask myself for updates several times otherwise I would not received updates of completed jobs.
