We have worked with Gemma and the team over the last two years for two separate property purchases and sales, including a bridging loan/remortgage type transaction. Throughout this process, we worked closely with Gemma and Yasmin who were always polite, friendly and approachable. The team were efficient in their response time, particularly if we needed a quick turnaround or to meet a deadline. With the more complicated legal processes, Gemma gave sound, clear information to enable us to understand and move forward. I approached Seatons after being recommended, to write my will. A young lad there. James, took my details and supposedly drafted the document. After a week or so I received a package from them, addressed to me, but containing half of the documents in another customers name! (That's so reassuring that they send clients documents to other clients. Mrs Elaine Hall must be so happy!) Anyway, I was willing to overlook it, on the basis that maybe a receptionist made the mistake.

So I asked for them to send all of the documents in my name. (Surely not too much to ask?). Some three months have passed, no sign of my documents. maybe they just do not care. But wait, they do care, they have sent three letters chasing me to complete. so they can get money out of me! They do care about something.
