I used Sarah Marriott and her team at Percy Hughes & Roberts for both my sale and purchase and I highly recommend them. Sarah was very clear with her communication, she always kept me up to date and she was very efficient. It ended up being stressful for both transactions, with unforeseen events cropping up however Sarah kept us calm with her sound advice and we still managed to complete before the Stamp Duty Holiday ended, which was a massive relief. Sarah truly is an expert and I have since used her for other matters.
