BEWARE! I dealt with Iain Wilson for purchasing my property. Due to covid this was only over the phone and then email communication as I was overseas. The communication was poor and I had to keep chasing him up to find out what was happening and I felt like I was a burden to him during an important stage in my life. I felt he was only interested in the sale with as little work as possible.

Post sale, I have now recieved an enforcement notice on the property which will likely cost thousands and after trying to contact him by email and phone several times about it I have been completely ignored. His PA answered my calls and promised a call back but nothing. I have used AndersonBain before for the purchase of a property with no issues and also heard good things about other solicitors there, hence why I went back to use them again. I will not use them again in future.
