Very good at what they do but like the money before the job were most places would do the work then get paid, aware of what they do so taking a retainer is expected but not willing to proceed unless required payments a net after that.

My name is Barbara Mikolajczuk I do not recommend these lawyers to anyone when selling a house. Very poor communication, I called asking for the price of their service over the phone, I was given a very good price, but when the documents were sent to me, the valuable was higher by 200. My first buyer customer at the final trial withdrew so I paid full the price for their services because it was the final stage so it was fair.

My second buyer customer did not get a loan and it was the very beginning of the case. I called the lawyers to tell them that the buyer did not get a loan. A few days later I got a letter that I must pay for their 300 service is included in this photocopy of documents and the shipping fee. This is a joke. I have never seen anything like this before with any lawyers. When I called I was told that I should be thankful that I did not pay the full amount.

My question is for What should I be thankful? In the initial stages? I was literally informed about nothing. I do not recommend this law firm for people selling houses. Communication and the phone say a different price and you get the invoice with a different price.
