We recently purchased a property through Tullys and Co and were pleasantly surprised at how straightforward they made the whole process compared to other agents we have used in the past. We originally dealt with Mark who was really helpful and was happy to let us view on multiple occasions. Mark retired towards the end of the year and after that point we dealt with Paul Chapman. Paul was great and took over our purchase without a hitch.

Even let us view again so we could take some measurements. Paul was very knowledgeable and made it easy in terms of the process. Paul had a real personal touch and really made sure everything went through without any problems. We don't plan on selling any time soon but if we ever do I would use Tullys again and recommend to family and friends.

Tully & Co Estate Agents gave me a first class service in the Sale of our retirement flat in Southsea even though I don't live in the Portsmouth area. There was no problem with communication being done via email and telephone. I highly recommend them.

Staff are friendly. However in a student city, the fact they won't let you put a holding deposit on a house without having every person who will live there viewing in person is quite a difficult rule to work with. It's not ideal having to travel a long way, arrange a time everyone is free, to view a house that could be taken off the market on your way there. Not a very student friendly company. No other issues

I have recently moved into a rental managed by Tully and Co, arranging a viewing and sorting everything out was made much easier and the agent Amy was super helpful especially as this was my first time renting a property. I would recommend Tully and Co to anyone looking to rent in Portsmouth

Do not deal with Tully's. Myself and my housemates had no end of issues when we rented a student property through them. They were particularly difficult about returning deposits when the property was left in a better state than it was at the beginning of our tenancy. We only received our deposits back because we threatened to take the case to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

When dangerous maintenance issues were reported, it took them two months and many phone calls to even send someone round to have a look, let alone actually fix the issues. The staff we dealt with at Tully's were regularly rude and dismissive, we received extremely unprofessional communications from them when we challenged the non return of our deposits.

Our year in the property, dealing with Tully's, was an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend using them if you're a student - they **will** try to take advantage of you.

We initially interacted with Mark and Paul at Tully's as buyers for one of their properties and were impressed with their efficiency and tenacity. When we had a number of sales fall through with another estate agent we decided to put our faith in Tully's. We were not disappointed, they quickly got our flat back on the market and we had a very strong buyer within a few days.

Mark and Paul were very proactive, communicating regularly with solicitors on both sides and the buyer, whilst keeping us informed of any developments. They were straightforward and honest, giving us useful advice when needed. We would recommend anyone looking to sell their property in Southsea to go and have a chat with Tully's.

We had the pleasure of dealing with both Mark and Paul in the purchase of our new home, both were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the local area and about the property we were looking to buy, Paul had to work very hard to complete the negotiations necessary to complete the sale and brokered the process and communication very well resulting in all parties agreeing a sale. Very well done to Paul and Tullys for well managed sale. Would definitely use them for future sales.

I moved into a property a few months ago with Tully's being the agent, they are an extremely professional and attentive estate agency. Assisted with any issues that arose and really friendly staff. Would definitely use again if I move for both the sale and purchase.
