Abi, I wanted to say that we have been very satisfied with your services in this process. You have been calm and pragmatic throughout and I appreciate it must have been a busy few weeks for you, but you have never given the impression that our case is not getting the necessary time and attention to ensure it runs smoothly. Our house sale was very protracted and frustrating but the service from Steed & Steed and, in particular, our solicitor Janet Jenkins, was first class and we are very appreciative of her professional and helpful service throughout.

Our Braintree office is located on the Coggeshall Road just a few minutes walk from the High Street (Post code CM7 9BY). Steed & Steed sponsors a variety of organisations and supports local charities and groups. We sponsor the Sudbury Farmers' Market which usually takes place on the last Friday of every month in St Peter's in Sudbury. Our people are on hand at each market to answer questions. We support Ormiston Academy careers days where we take part in mock interviews and speed networking events. The Private Client Team supports St Nicholas Hospice in their annual "Make a Will" campaigns, as well as the Cancer Research Free Will Service.

Steed & Steed offers Legal Aid services in the field of family law, including social services/child protection matters and domestic abuse. Our family law department offers an initial 30 minute consultation free of charge. During this meeting we will check whether you are eligible for Legal Aid. Alternatively, the government's Legal Aid website has an eligibility calculator where you can check your eligibility for Legal Aid.
