I contacted this office in and found the receptionist more than a little lack lustre. I was told to send an email, instead of speaking to someone, following this instruction I did receive a reply. Granted, I took a long time to respond but I then put in three consecutive calls to their office. I was told on one call 'that she would respond when she got around to it', hardly professional I thought.
On the last call she finally put me through to someone and was told I was sent an email to my query; Incidentally this has still not appeared in my inbox but to summarise they were unable to help me. Why not just tell me that initially and stop wasting my time. I found her abrupt, short and bordering on rude. They were not professional, nor friendly and perhaps its a blessing that they were unable to help if this initial encounter was short of expectation. Not impressed!

As I was just about to go through a nasty divorce I contacted Broadway solicitors to take on my case and for the first moment I stepped into the office I knew I had made the right choice. I met Bhavna, who made me feel totally at ease and relaxed that it was more like talking to a friend than a solicitor. She explained everything clearly and even when I had questions it was no trouble for her to look up answers and reply.
From my few visits to the office the whole team there made me feel welcome. Bhavna, Noureen and Premal all helped me with everything even down to basic, simple things like sending an email. 100% excellent service from them all and I can't thank them or recommend them highly enough Dave B
