Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Failure to contact clients then try to turn the issue round and left client with no representative 2 days before court hearing. Danielle from this company needs to be sacked or claim her early pension as she is awfully disoriented and rude.

Went to see Iain Gould at this office over complaint against Merseyside Police. Iain is very straight to the point and gave honest advice in understandable terms, so we pursued a claim for Breach of Human rights. WE WON 26th June 2018. So no matter how trivial your complaint is about any police force please call Iain as this man knows his stuff and will get the justice you deserve. My win shows that the police are NOT above the law and there is justice believe it or not and Iain believed in us. Thanks again Iain & matt Rich & Michelle
