I must give this company at least 1 Star for being the most unprofessional legal firm I've ever known! I would strongly advise anyone not to use this legal firm for house sales, or being executors of your estate. They will fleece the estate to there own financial gains, and leave the scraps for your Beneficiaries! If you question the way they are dealing with the estate, they don't take kindly to it and the dummy comes out the cot!
I have had to refer them to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission now Twice! The first time they resigned to try to avoid being investigated, the second is still on going. I am a disabled person on Benefits and because I complained they refused to speak to me, and insisted I get a solicitor to act as a third party at full cost to myself. This has incurred costs that I could I'll afford, and just proves they have no respect for disabled people as long as they are left to financially gain in there work. I would recommend to avoid them!

I would avoid using this company if you possibly can. Dealing with my dads estate which is stressful enough and among other issues, being told one thing by one of the solicitors and then denying what they had said to me when they spoke to my brother! Also told me they had only had documents for a few days when my brother had handed them in weeks previously. Very unprofessional

Had to give it a star it makes you! Very unprofessionalism, Dont expect them to contact you, You will be contacting them, I dont think they like to run up a phone bill. Sounded angry upset talking like ive just been caught stirring his porridge, no interest from first Contact, telephone manner was like ive been calling him to obtain bin wash money morning and night.
We all know life is Different for Different people, not all are raised on the silver spoon service, one does have a high Mighty supremacy attitude and it leaks like Rebekah Vardy! Its a shame in these small Towns that the only legal help is not there, Dominance, Yes its ones choice to take on jobs but if your lucky enough to here ones prophecy like myself dont expect to be helped or pointed in the direction of help oh dear god forbid that.

Went with PK&K from a recommendation, wish I hadn't bothered. Very unprofessional, confrontational, rude, communication was appalling, website only has ONE picture, description of the house consisted of a brief account of the local area and not much about the actual house, when asking what we could do to maximise coverage for advertising it was met with " i know what I'm doing", was told my house was not worth what the home report valued it at, was also told " your welcome to go somewhere else if your not happy", big thumbs up on that VERY PROFESSIONAL STATEMENT, so we did, we went over the road to Your Move and all I can say is WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Upon speaking to a few friends of friends it seems that this is happening quite a lot with PK&K. To me its NOT good business practice. Will I recommend them? I think not!
