Spoke to a lawyer who apparently has 30+ years of experience in housing disrepair cases only to find out he doesn't have a clue about what he's talking about. Completely dismissive and rude, don't even waste your time calling this ridiculous office. His ignorance really started to shine through after ridiculing the amount of rent I pay and telling me, why I didn't just move out, I should have put the phone down. A complete disgrace to the law profession.

These Solicitors are not just rude but also unprofessional. They won't return calls and send blank emails as a response. The receptionists tell you they can't respond to all emails. Well stop asking us to send emails if you won't respond to them. "How fxcking rude"

Extremely rude and arrogant housing solicitor Russel Conway. Treated me as a dirt just I don't have a high rent and maybe lower income. I was happy to pay a high fees if a solicitor making an effort but after a 2 minutes conversation he assumed I have no chance to take my case further. Many times highlighted his fees assuming I can't pay it. He can be even the owner of the firm but nobody has a right to look down just as I don't earn that much money. I am a hard worker middle class woman seeking help and ended up being talked like that. It's disgraceful! I will take my money elsewhere, where they treat me as a human being.

Useless and extremely rude. He will only help if your rich and have money to pay him a big check otherwise he doesn't care for normal hard working people who cry out for help. Very very shocking.
