Quite possibly the worst Solicitor practice that i have encountered. Mistakes from start to finish. Phones rang out for 15 mins (still unanswered ) Rang another office (Phones rang out 5 mins, unanswered) Attitude is incredible, without a hint of sympathy or understanding Please do not waste your money or that of your loved ones

.a certain member of their team encouraged my partner to accuse me of things that did not happen. As a result my family life and child's has been destroyed. They could not even get my address right. Maybe some of the team are ok. The one I dealt with.well.

Incompetent solicitors who forget to invoice you 350 for searches for property leases, then try to chase payment 5+ years later. When you ignore/protest they slap a CCJ on you and send it to the wrong address causing all sorts of problems. I found the solicitors themselves to be slow, incompetent and focussed on one thing and one thing only - racking up your bill (if they remember to invoice you properly that is). Beware.

Gave me wrong advise. duty solicitor told me to plead guilty (which i did although i wasnt ) when in fact had i pleaded not guilty it would have been beneficial for me, to goto Crown Court in taking a civil case against the police, NOW I CANNOT because of this, thanks very much, expect you all do the secret handshake Oh not to mention now denes it.just as corrupt as the police. BENT BRIEF. DISGUSTING!

Shockingly unprofessional experience of Michael Cullen. I have been asking the same question about a bill for over a year now and despite my numerous emails and phone messages to their office I still can not get an answer or indeed any sort of response to my simple question. I finally managed to speak to Michael today, he answered because he thought I was someone else. No excuses were offered let alone an apology. He simply stated he hadn't opened the file yet. all pretty odd behaviour I must say. certainly not professional behaviour

They seemed very enthusiastic on an initial conversation I had with them! Victoria Moore the solicitor I spoke to asked for more information, which as requested, I provided to her by email, but I've never heard anything back apart from a couple of automated out of office emails! I've since tried a couple of times to make contact, with no reply! Very unprofessional, and not worth giving any business! Perhaps there wasn't enough money in my case!
