Exceptional service throughout - very clear, speedy updates with transparent handover of work between sales and legal colleagues. Best solicitors in town! I had an excellent experience with Neilsons Solicitors throughout the sale process. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Neilsons if you are thinking about buying a property As a first time buyer, I was not very familiar with the property purchase process. My Solicitor Caron provided me great advise through out the process. She was very helpful, prompt in responding to my queries. Also special mention to Suzie and Lisa who helped in certain stages of the purchase process. All the costs were related to property purchase were clearly laid out in budget planner and there are no hidden costs.
I have also liked the offer workshop that Neilsons provides. It was very helpful to understand the past sales in the areas and to decide the offer price Will definitely work with Neilsons again in the future

Neilsons have been very supportive, kind and efficient through what ended up being a difficult sale and purchase process - they always made me feel like I wasn't just a random name/number but that they were personally invested in things going well for me. They were also incredibly efficient on their side of things, and once issues were resolved moved with lightening fast speed.
