Report
I am attempting to purchase a property and this firm represents the seller. The purchase is at risk of falling through due to inexplicable delays on the part of this firm. They have not responded to the enquiries of my solicitor in a timely manner and have failed to keep my solicitors appraised of relevant facts throughout the process. The way in which they have dealt with myself and my solicitors feels unprofessional, disrespectful and rude.

I had a brief meeting with Robert Syms relating to a statutory declaration. He was patient and courteous and, most importantly, he tactfully corrected mistakes made by my (now former) solicitors. Would definitely use again. Thank you!
