I would like to thank Clare Galvani for helping me resolve a legal dispute. Clare was handed my case by another firm that literally sat on it for almost a year, she was so efficient and professional, she talked me through every step and worked hard to get me a positive result, which she did. Highly recommend! My girlfriend and I used Lamb Brooks for the purchase of our first home and the service we received was excellent. We had a particular long and troublesome chain initially but both Janine and her assistant Joanne kept us well informed and were very quick and transparent with their communications with both us and our sellers solicitors. None of the delays in the chain had anything to do with Lamb Brooks. Around a year later and we have finally moved in to our house and we couldn't be happier. LBS pulled all the stops out to assist me at extremely short notice with the sale of my property so I wouldn't miss out on my dream home. LBS high level of due diligence on the purchase of a new build was very welcomed and they explained every step of the way so I could make informed decisions. LBS were there throughout the difficult journey of purchasing, and provided the reassurances I needed during the long process of securing my dream home.

With the unprecedented demand for solicitors to sell and buy properties in 2021 and 2022, LBS were great in supporting me and no matter who I spoke to I could not fault how understanding and helpful every one in the team was to me. Would use again and would recommend.

My husband and I cannot thank enough Lamb and Brooks for the great support they gave us. Especially Joanne and Janine for all the work they have done to make our dream to come true. The whole process has been a roller coaster but they have been amazing to overcome to the difficulty we encountered along the way.
