Our solicitors are currently dealing with Kerr Stirling on the conveyancing of our home. They have been unresponsive to so many emails and phone calls and we are no further forward on the sale than we were 7 weeks. Ago. They have extended our selling date by 5 weeks because they are 'too busy'. Don't waste your money and good luck if your buyer or seller is using them.
