Called with my enquiry. I have been advised that they will call me back. Its been 2 weeks now. No one call me back. I understand we are in the Covid crisis but there many other solicitors are working during these unprecedented times and even if you are very busy 5 minutes courtesy call would not take much time. I would not recommend this company as they clearly do not value their customers.
