David qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and following working for a large firm of solicitors for a couple of years after qualification and then for a couple of years as a solicitor working for a large property developer, he has since worked in Fordingbridge. David has, for many years, practiced and has expertise in the various forms of conveyancing to include residential, property development and commercial properties. He also has expertise in dealing with the various forms of leases, to include residential and commercial.
