I was strongly recommended Holmes and Hills by a family member who has done a lot of business with them and still does but sadly I found I was constantly chasing them and important documents were missing when we got to the point of being ready to exchange contracts. We were first time buyers and did not feel like we got the guidance we needed throughout the process. I will not be recommending Holmes and Hills to any of my friends or family and I won't be going to them when it comes to writing our wills or anything we may need in future.

We would highly recommend Holmes & Hills for conveyancing. They handled the sale of our property and our onward purchase and were professional, approachable, friendly and knowledgable. Emails and calls were responded to quickly and there always someone to speak to on the phone. We didnt have the 'smooth' move everyone hopes for, but here we are writing this in our new house because we had the best solicitor to guide us through. Thank you so much!
