When one thinks of a firm of solicitors, the mind conjures up an image of a dimly lit office with rows of dusty books with LAW written on them and an equally dusty solicitor peering at you over a pair of glasses while seated at an enormous desk. This is of course a Dickensian view, but one that nevertheless is the one that springs to mind first. Needing a firm such as these usually means you are in some sort of "trouble" and is fairly daunting prospect for anyone.

I needed help and fortunately I ended up in the offices of George Ide where my preconceived ideas vanished within the first minute.
