We just bought our first house and we were blown away by our solicitor and legal assistants, Amy Courtney, Lauren Maton and Sarah Mowlem. Massively professional at all times, kept us up to date and were never frustrated by my unending questions. Always willing to chat things through. I always felt they had our best interests at heart and really made sure all aspects of our legal process were done properly and would benefit us in the long term. I cannot recommend enough! See less

Not my solicitor, but I have the miss-fortune of buy a house from someone who is using them. Our solicitor says every time Gales are on the other side the process slows down. At the moment it feels like we aren't even buying a house, as that would entail communication. Day after day my solicitor, and the vendor's estate agent have chased them to reply to my solicitor, but so far we're having more luck getting a conversation from a brick wall. Please, please, please, do not use these solicitor's you will be doing yourselves, others, and the conveyancing profession a disservice.

Critical: Quality We were sorry we asked them to act for us as conveyancers. Fairly priced, but the level of service was disappointing, and communication was bad. There were delays and confusion, and we had to push and push for anything to be done.
