Our practice was formed in Guildford in 1993 primarily to provide a specialist service for private clients in all aspects of relationship breakdown. Where problems are outside our area of expertise, we have a network of specialists for referrals. We specialise in divorce and separation, whether of married or cohabiting clients. Settlements are negotiated in a high percentage of cases, although appeals, where advised, are not a rarity.

Particular regard is had to the interests of any children. We accept that litigation is as costly in emotions as in money. Separation agreements are a frequent part of our practice.
