Between November 2008 and August 2011 this firm allowed a member of the public to impersonate being a solicitor within their firm for the purpose of obtaining Probate on the Estate of a non relative. In August 2011 it was inadvertently revealed that the firm and the individual concerned had tampered with the deceased mans medical records. Between October 2013 and February 2014 Eddowes Waldron confirmed a 60 page fraudulently compiled Bill of Costs to be accurate before later claiming it was not. Eddowes Waldron's opponent in the matter was the son of the deceased acting as a Litigant in Person.

The firm has shown no qualms whatsoever in deliberately taking advantage of him at a time of great loss and sorrow and his being persecuted, to date, for fraudulent costs of almost 40,000. I would advise no one use this firm.

Moneygrabbers! Avoid their partner who works in family law - just interested in getting lots of cases, couldn't care less for the poor client or his plight! Would not recommend! Complain? Waste of time, the other partners brush you under the carpet!
