Bradley Burnett did a very good job for us particularly his tenacity and attention to detail in dealing with difficult issues such as mistakes in the lease being offered. He responded very quickly to emails and did a lot to make a tricky purchase come good.

Then Sara in Disputes really helped us out when we encountered a difficult yet totally unexpected situation. When a car backed into us while we were totally stationary, we immediately filed incident report with rental company. More than half a year later, the opposite side tried to change the story with insurance to pin us, maybe hoping we lost all photo evidence? No idea.
