We can help you with the whole process, from the initial steps to finalising payments to beneficiaries, or in simple cases, we can just help you with obtaining the Grant of Probate if you are an Executor and you prefer to do everything else yourself.There is no inheritance tax payable and the executors do not need to submit a full account to HMRC.

We will arrange to take any witness statements, if necessary, but this will have an additional cost depending on the number of witnesses. We will explain the court procedure to you so that you know what to expect on the day of your hearing, and the sentencing options available to the court. We cannot provide a timescale of when your hearing will take place, as this depends on the court listing for that day.
